Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, negligence, accidents, unauthorized repair, modification, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.

Consumable Parts

Consumable items and parts subject to normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty unless specifically stated otherwise.

Technician Support

The company may arrange a technician visit at the buyer's location, or the buyer may visit the designated customer service center as advised by the company.

Third-Party Services

Customer service centers and courier services may be provided through third-party service providers, and the company shall not be responsible for delays or disputes arising directly between the buyer and such third-party service providers.

Replacement of Damaged Parts

Approved warranty parts may be arranged for delivery to the buyer's location or to the address of the designated third-party service provider.

Return of Damaged Parts

For warranty claims requiring replacement of a damaged part, the buyer must hand over the damaged part to the courier arranged or scheduled by the company.

Proper Packaging

The buyer is responsible for properly packing the damaged part before handing it over to the courier to prevent additional damage during transportation.

Transit Damage

Any additional damage caused due to inadequate packaging by the buyer during return transportation shall be the buyer's responsibility.

Remote Areas

If courier services are unavailable or significantly restricted due to the buyer's remote location, the buyer may be required to arrange and bear the cost of sending the damaged part to the address specified by the company.

Warranty Approval

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the company before replacement or service is provided.

Proof of Purchase

The buyer must provide a valid invoice or proof of purchase to claim warranty service.

Warranty Limitation

Warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of eligible defective parts and does not automatically cover the replacement of the complete product.

Unauthorized Repairs

Any repair, modification, dismantling or replacement of parts by an unauthorized person may void the warranty.

Warranty Period After Replacement

Replacement of any part under warranty does not restart or extend the original warranty period, unless specifically confirmed by the company.

Labour Charges

Labour charges for replacement of approved warranty parts shall be borne by the company during the warranty period.

Spare Parts

Spare parts are not covered under warranty unless specifically confirmed by the company.

After Warranty

After the warranty period, all service, repair, labour and replacement part costs shall be chargeable to the buyer.

Product Servicing

Routine servicing, maintenance and cleaning of the product are not covered under warranty.
